Install:
1) Dump the sql file into the MySQL database.
2) Edit database and access information in dbcon.php
3) Upload all the contents of the folder to your webserver.
4) Create an account on your new site
5) Go into your SQL database, open grpgusers, edit your new account
	change your account details to admin = 1
6) Use crontab to make rollover.php run once everyday
7) Youre done!
